Developing self-esteem and self-confidence is an incredibly important part of a student's development, and at Seaford we believe that students should be given a voice and the opportunity to positively impact the way things are run at the School.

Our School Councils have fed back on issues such as catering, have played a big role in the implementation of the new uniform, and have helped decide which charities Seaford supports.

Student voice is very important to us and many students benefit from the wellbeing benefits of having their say, being part of a group and having a positive impact on our community. This could be in the Student Council, the Sports Council, the Charity Council or the Environmental Groups to name a few.
