Seaford's Academic Conference with Guest Speaker, Tim Peake

As part of Seaford’s focus on academic excellence, we are hosting an Academic Conference to showcase best practice in education and how to get the best from students. Joining us for this year’s conference will be inspirational guest speaker, Tim Peake CMG. The conference is for leaders in education with most regional schools invited to attend. 

Headmaster, John Green, said: “During the conference we will be discussing the best strategies on how to inspire students to realise their true academic personal bests – an area that we have been incredibly successful with over the past few years. I am delighted that Mr Tim Peake will be a special guest and inspirational speaker on the day.”

Ash Arya, Assistant Head - Teaching & Learning, added: “The aim of the conference is to share best practice on how to build a strong academic culture and core, where students are inspired to achieve. All delegates will have the chance to create their own conference for part of it, through a choice of breakout sessions, as well as network with other similar Schools.”

The conference is being held at Seaford College’s Johnson Centre on Thursday 14th October 2021. If you’d like to attend, please email conferences@seaford.org. Places are limited and we will be following all social distancing guidelines as they stand nearer the time.
