Congratulations to all our students on your superb results, we’re so proud of you all. 

Seaford College students have again achieved our highest ever 9-7 and 9-5 grades collectively across our curriculum in publicly sat examinations as well as in our core subjects. Students have achieved the highest ever grade 9s and have gained the strongest ever English and Maths results with an impressive 100% achieving grades 9-4 in English Language and English Literature.  

Matt Williams, Headmaster said: “This has been my first results day at Seaford College, and it has confirmed what I had hoped to find on arrival: a group of students who worked with real application, supported by staff who guided them at every stage. This year’s results are a superb reflection of that effort, and I am delighted for students opening their results this morning. Seaford has always prided itself on knowing its students individually, and results of this kind are the product of that attention, as much as of the students' own work. 

“What has struck me most in getting to know Seaford, is how naturally that individual attention sits alongside a broader sense of community here. Students are known by their subject teachers, certainly, but also by their tutors, their coaches, the staff who run the activities that fill the timetable outside lessons, and that combination shows in results like these.  

"Today’s results are the culmination of years of hard work, learning and encouragement, both in and beyond the classroom. The groundwork is laid over years, in ordinary lessons and ordinary conversations, and it is that groundwork I am pleased to see reflected today. I look forward to seeing where they take what they have learned and to watching them thrive in our exciting and purposeful Sixth Form.” 

Ash Arya, Deputy Head, said: “Against the national picture, Seaford students achieved a higher proportion of grades 9–4 than the national average across independent and state schools, alongside a strong proportion of grades 9–7. For a proudly non-selective school, these are excellent results and reflect the strength of our academic provision.” 

George Vernon, Director of Middle School, said: “These impressive results reflect our students’ hard work and determination to achieve their personal best.”  

Jo Forman, Assistant Head (Safeguarding and Wellbeing) DSL, added: “They are also testament to the teamwork between our teachers, tutors, Academic Access and Achievement team and pastoral staff and the No.46 team.” 

Seb d’Agar, Deputy Head, added: “Following our best-ever A Level, BTEC and CTEC results, these GCSE results demonstrate the impact of our academic approach. Our Challenge Grade system, combined with targeted revision and individual support, ensures every student is challenged and supported to fulfil their potential.” 

James Parson, Head of Year 11, said: “Our students have been incredibly focused and worked hard throughout the year. I’m delighted to see that reflected in their grades and congratulate everyone who achieved their personal best today.” 

Poppy Ouvaroff (joined from Westbourne House School) achieved ten 9s, Ty Bourne (from Seaford Prep School) gained eight 9s and three 8s, Arthur Kenyon (joined from Westbourne House School) gained eight 9s, an 8 and a Distinction*, Daniel Staniforth (from Seaford Prep School) gained six 9s, four 8s and a 7, Millie Edwards (joined from Windlesham House School) achieved four 9s, four 8s, Distinction* and a 7. 

Tilly Molloy (from Seaford Prep School) gained four 9s, five 8s and a 7, Flora Resouly (from Seaford Prep School) achieved five 9s, three 8s and two 7s, Coco Smithers (from Seaford Prep School) gained three 9s, six 8s and a 7, Morgan Kyte (from Seaford Prep School) achieved three 9s, five 8s, a 7 and a Distinction. 

Isadora Agutter (joined from Westbourne House School) gained four 9s, five 8s, a 7 and a 6, Molly Forsyth (from Seaford Prep School) achieved one 9, seven 8s and two 7s, Freddie Hawkins (from Seaford Prep School) gained three 9s, four 8s, two 7s and a 6, Fleur Baker (joined from Westbourne House School) achieved three 9s, one 8, Distinction* and five 7s, Hugo Somers (joined from Churcher’s College) gained three 9s, three 8s, two 7s and two 6s

Sienna Jeffries (from Seaford Prep School) gained a 9, an 8, Distinction*, five 7s and a 5, Freddie Payne (from Seaford Prep School) achieved five 8s, two 7s, a 6 and a Merit, Will Vellacott (from Seaford Prep School) gained a 9, an 8, five 7s, a Distinction and a 6, Lawrence Bates (previously homeschooled) achieved a 9, two 8, a Distinction*, two 7s and four 6s, Bianca Ras (joined from Westbourne House School) gained three 9s, an 8, a 7, four 6s and a 5, Callum Simmons-Mears (from Seaford Prep School) achieved two 9s, two 8s, a Distinction*, a 7, two 6s a 5 and a Merit. 

Huw Kwan (joined from Barrow Hills School) gained an 8, a Distinction*, five 7s and two 6s, Lily Benzie (joined from Westbourne House School) achieved a 9, three 8s, two 7s, three 6s and a 5, Nicolas de Grouchy (from Seaford Prep School) gained a 9, tw0 8s, two Distinction*, a 7, three 6s and a 4, Edward Liddle (from Seaford Prep School) achieved three 9s, an 8, two 7s, two 6s, a 5 and a 4, Bethy Davis-Naylor (joined from Prior’s Field) gained a 9, three 8s, two 7s, three 6s, and a 5, Ella Richardson (joined from Prior’s Field) achieved a 9, three 8s, a Distinction*, a 7, two 6s and two 5s and Patrick Welch (joined from Westbourne House School) gained four 8s, four 7s and a 6.
