All schools have access to a range of National Attainment Benchmarking information that allows teachers and senior leaders to set target grades for students to aim for in all subjects at GCSE and A Level. The data that we have access to at Seaford College has allowed us to group our students into Learning Pathways for each subject, enabling teachers to tailor their teaching approaches and speed of working in the most appropriate way and at the correct pace.
