Seaford Prep School students take part in The Big Anti Bullying Assembly

Our Prep School students watched The Big Anti Bullying Assembly by The Diana Award yesterday.  Schools across the UK took part.

At Seaford we educate our students, of all ages, about bullying and how to prevent it happening.  In fact, when asked what he loved most about Seaford, one of our leavers commented on his A Level results day that it was “because Seaford lets you be who you want to be”.   Seaford’s culture of acceptance and personal bests reinforces this.

The Diana Award is the only charity set up in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales and her belief that young people have the power to change the world. It’s a big mission but there are two things within it that they focus their charity’s efforts on – young people and change.

The charity inspires positive change in the lives of young people whether it’s through the power of mentoring, standing up to bullying as an Anti-Bullying Ambassador or by saying thank you to a young person following in Princess Diana’s footsteps with the Diana Award.
