At Seaford, we have a World Book Week to celebrate World Book Day.

Seaford's World Book Day Week included a talk from the inspirational author, Rob Lloyd Jones, to our Prep School students.

Tim from One Tree Book Shop in Petersfield came in to hold a book sale.  Students exchanged their World Book Day voucher for a book. Friday was dressing up day with some fabulous costumes on display.

For the Senior, Sixth Form and Seaford staff, Seaford's Librarian, Megan Hamilton organised a World Book Day Writes of Passage event.

World Book Day Writes of Passage was about books that are important to us or books that have changed our lives. Jay Kristoff says that "the books we love, they love us back. And just as we mark our places in the pages, those pages leave their marks on us."

Students sent Megan a couple of sentences/a paragraph about a book that left its mark on them, one that changed them, that impacted them, that incited a love of reading and moved them.
