The leadership role plays a very important part of our community.

Mr Follows said: “Prefects are a vital part of the Seaford Community. The appointment process has been improved this year, to include a greater emphasis on team work and leadership.

Our applicants write a formal letter to Mr Green and they are then put through a selection process, as well as interviews.
