Our Head Boy, Matthew Short, has a message for our community during lockdown and Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and we are sharing a message from our Head Boy, Matthew Short, about staying connected over lockdown and the importance of sleep and exercise.  A huge thank you to Matthew for his video.

Whilst Seaford is temporarily closed, we know that students are missing social interaction with their friends. Becca Randell, who works with Seaford's Pastoral Team, has recommended this Sussex website www.e-wellbeing.co.uk. It has a lot of useful information including sections on improving your wellbeing over lockdown, loneliness, anxiety, stress, tiredness, feelings, as well as lots of other support.
