This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and we are sharing a message from our Headmaster, John Green, about our focus on interaction with our students through Seaford Connected Learning.

Whilst Seaford is temporarily closed, we know that students are missing social interaction with their friends. Becca Randell, who works with Seaford's Pastoral Team, has recommended this new Sussex website www.e-wellbeing.co.uk. It has a lot of useful information including a section on loneliness.
