Celebrating the work of our Ad Alta Art & Music Scholars during lockdown.

We have created this video celebrating the work of our Ad Alta Art & Music Scholars during lockdown.

The music on the video is performed by one of our Music Scholars, Hannah Wardrop. The artwork on the video is from our Art Scholars who have been creating beautiful pieces during lockdown.  This video celebrates some of the work our scholars had done during this time.

During the Connected Learning period our Director of Performing Arts, Sara Reynolds, has held weekly pastoral scholars’ meetings with Head of Departments to target specific needs of different areas of Performing arts.  Students have attended incredibly successful and inspirational weekly Scholars’ seminars with a variety of professionals from the world of Performing Arts giving lectures/holding discussions and answering questions.

Our Seaford Connected Learning Performing Arts Activities have included; Barbershop, Chapel Choir, Chamber choir, Orchestra, Senior Choir, String ensemble, Wind band, Wind ensemble, Dance clubs, Dance troupe, Theory club, Lion King rehearsals, Junior Choir, Sunshine singers and Drama scholars club.

In addition to this there has been extension work for scholars and they have continued with Seaford’s excellent peripatetic provision for the Scholars and performing Artists.
