Students preparing to take their GSCE exams this summer had a Nutrition and Wellbeing Workshop.
This is one of the many activities planned over the next few weeks to help our students during the exam period.
The workshop started with a nutritionally balanced breakfast followed by a presentation. The focus was on the importance of nutrition, sleep and hydration for exams.
A particularly humorous part of the workshop was a play dough making session, which focused on the importance of finger exercises to prepare for writing in exams. Making the play dough is also a therapeutic activity (a bit like using a stress ball).
There was a competition for the best food themed play dough model and these were put on display at lunch time in Mansion Dining Room.
