Seaford's wellbeing culture, where small actions every day make the difference.

On World Mental Health Day, we celebrate Seaford's culture of wellbeing and pastoral support, which means no one 'flies under the radar'.

Wellbeing and pastoral care are at the heart of everything we do, and without the web of support from tutors, all academic teachers, co-curricular team, the Boarding team, Heads of Departments, Heads of Years, the Pink House team, the Learning Support team, Peer Mentors, Prefects, Support Staff, our Headmaster, and the Senior Team we would not be able to provide the positive interventions for our students. It's the little interactions that everyone does each day that makes the difference. What we do is truly world-class, and to quote a parent, is why our ‘culture is so amazing’.

Wellbeing is equally important for all our staff. As well as free use of our onsite gym, swimming pool, and golf course, all staff can have a complimentary lunch with time to relax. Simon Parke, our staff listener, offers confidential sessions and members of the Pink House team are also always happy to support staff.
