Seaford Head to the Quarter Finals of the ISHC Cup

Seaford's Hockey 1st XICongratulations to our Hockey 1st XI for their performance in the quarter final of the ISHC cup against Repton.

Ahead of their match, the team had a team talk with our Headmaster John Green, Director of Sport Liam Doubler and Coach Chris Adams. They were heading to Chris Adams’ old school, Repton for the match.

Stevie Doolan, Seaford’s goalkeeper said to the team: “Let’s go out and enjoy this special moment as a team. On Monday we can come back to Seaford either as winners or knowing we’ve played our best for the school.” John thanked Stevie and added: “You’ll look back on this weekend in twenty years’ time and remember the happy memories of being part of such a great team. Go out, have fun and enjoy it!” Ad Alta lads!

Seaford's Hockey 1st XI The team played exceptionally well and although they didn’t win, they were pleased to keep Repton to 2 – 1. There were even a few chances to level but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. With Repton being the top school in the country for Hockey, this was an incredible result. Well done!
