“I feel like I’ve been mentored here at Seaford. Challenge grades have helped me understand where I can be and managed my expectations. They’ve shown me that I can do it. Seaford helped me keep my focus and not let me drift”.
Alongside his studies, Charlie was on the first team for both rugby and hockey.
“I love Seaford because of the great environment”
Charlie will be staying at Seaford to study Economics, Politics and Geography.
Charlie’s mum also speaks highly of the school.
“We chose Seaford because we liked the ethos. It was great that our three very different children could all go to the same school. Seaford really is a school for whole family
“I’ve seen a transition in leadership and the introduction of the challenge grade system has definitely enabled these results.
“Seaford isn’t a hothouse school, it’s given Charlie space to grow. It’s a subtle thing really. Mr Passam has allowed him to make his own decisions and it’s certainly grown Charlie as a person.
“Joe Follows and Mrs Russell have constantly supported him with challenge grades and feedback which helped him get these results”
