Heden Hall is the boarding house for the young men and women in their final year at Seaford College. It is an environment that is conducive to the type of serious study required to achieve success at A Level. Many of our former students have flourished academically in Heden Hall and every year a number of students come into Heden for their first experience of boarding.
We have created an atmosphere that is a halfway house between school and university. As such there is sports bar in the House where the students can enjoy a beer and relax after the evening prep session. There has developed an excellent rapport between the boarding staff and the students to the extent they actually enjoy each other’s company! Long informal chats with the evening duty tutor and housemaster is the norm in Heden.
Full boarders are made to feel even more special. Every Saturday and Sunday evening they enjoy an excellent meal in Heden. Particularly popular is the rather extensive Sunday brunch at 11.00am!
Students enjoy their Heden experience and at the end of their time at Seaford they are better prepared to take on the challenges of university life.
