Art
Seaford College has long been recognised as a centre of excellence for art and design.
A specialist art library and large exhibition gallery are incorporated into the purpose-built Arts Faculty, which offers options in fine art, photography, textiles, graphics and ceramics.
Enviable facilities include three large studios, a print-making area equipped for silk screen, relief printing and etching, a ceramics room and a darkroom for black and white and colour photography processing.
Design & Technology
The DT area is exceptionally well resourced with facilities for woodwork, metalwork and plastics. CAD and CAM equipment is available and well used by the students in high quality products.
Food Technology is on offer at GCSE in well equipped classroom and is another very popular option.
The DT department has become well known for its electric cars which compete in the Greenpower events at Goodwood, Seaford are currently the National Champions.
