Prefect Training

Prefect Training - landminesPrefects are an integral part of life at Seaford. With the new Prefects for next year having been announced, they were straight into training and team building exercises last week.

Exploring together what makes a good Prefect and the different styles of leadership, they then put the theory into practice. In teams, they were tasked with guiding each other blindfolded across a ‘minefield’ before erecting a nuclear shelter on the other side. The teams were also asked to build a raft, from selected materials, that was capable of transporting one of them across the swimming pool.

Well done to everyone involved and we look forward to seeing you in your new role, we’re sure you’ll be great role models for other students at Seaford.
