Seaford students perform at Lindfield concert

On Wednesday 10th May, four Seaford students made the trip to All Saints Church in Lindfield for a concert run by Tiger Arts, and performed a fantastic recital for the audience.

Sara Reynolds, Director of Performing Arts at Seaford, was very proud of their efforts. “This was a new venture for Seaford College. The four students gave a varied programme of solo and ensemble performances, ranging from operatic arias, English songs, musical theatre favourites and contemporary styles. They engaged with the audience by introducing and explaining some of the background or translations of their songs, and were rewarded with enormous congratulations and adoration from a crowd of around 100 people in the audience.”

Peter Ford, organiser of the concert, “was hugely impressed with the young ladies. Their voices seemed mature beyond their years. I will definitely keep in contact with you for the future.”

Well done to the students for taking part and representing Seaford College so brilliantly!
